Honour all of you
These two poems were written after a session with a client who is experiencing an inner conflict of “the old me” and “the new me”. It’s is a common theme that runs through all of our journeying towards wholeness. This is my take on it in this moment.
May they awaken you into more of you.
Honour all of you (I)
Old and new
all of it is you.
Real and fake
none was a mistake.
Lessons learned
authenticity returned.
Honouring it all
there’s nowhere you can fall.
You, being of light
your presence shines bright.
Always that is now
there's your answer how.
Honour all of you (II)
When you honour all of you
others feel invited too.
As the inspiration flows
love unchains and grows.
An unlimited exchange
that is how the worlds change.
Into freedom we evolve
into peace we all dissolve.
